Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Items Exempt from Return🚫
Custom items, which are specially made or personalized according to your specifications, are exempt from our standard 30-day return policy. If your item is custom-made, it cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the customization that is our responsibility.
Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of your purchase.
Provide Information: When contacting us, please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
Return Shipment: Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, along with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.💰
